This project preserves and restores approximately 5,120 linear feet of perennial and ephemeral stream channel in the Moreau/Loutre Watershed.
The Moreau/Loutre watershed has become increasingly affected by expanding urban and agricultural practices associated with areas such as Columbia, Jefferson City, Washington and Chesterfield.
