This mitigation site was completed in the fall of 2023. An earthen berm was constructed on the property to prevent drainage from the site. This was done in order to restore 8.3 acres of forested wetland and 17.4 acres of emergent wetland. Within the forested wetland 905 native trees were planted along with native herbaceous material. 

As of 2025 this project just finished its second of five annual monitoring reports.
